Good, Full Featured Router
Summary:
The D-Link DIR-825 is a good full featured dual band router. I upgraded from an DIR-625 the main benefit of which was getting dual band capability and the USB port. I have not noticed a dramatic speed increase when using 802.11n over the 5GHz channel vs. the 2.4GHz channel, but that's likely because I only have 3 other devices on the 2.4GHz channel.
Pros:
- Dual band - Easy to set up - Reasonably cheap for feature set
Cons:
- Only 4 Ethernet LAN ports - Shipping firmware is flaky, make sure you upgrade to latest version
