Bulk Upload tool: Listing multiple items on Wigix is now easier than ever! All you need to do is create and upload a comma separated values (CSV) spreadsheet file with information for your items. You can either download our template or rename the header row (first row) of your file.

Wigix has launched a whole new format for public profiles. More than just another view of "My Wigix", it now contains a news feed of your recent activity, and views of Items for sale, items you want, community postings, and your lists.

You can set your profile to be visible to anyone, only Wigix users, or only your friends. If your public profile was set to "friends only", your new public profile will be set to "Wigix users". New users will have their public profiles set to "anyone" by default. You can change this setting at My Wigix > Edit Profile.

Simply choose "Only search for products with user manuals". Alternatively, you can sift for product manuals though a "Product Manuals" link on the left-hand side of any search results.

Now you can transfer funds in and out of your Wigix account from personal bank accounts electronically. ACH Bank Transfers remove a lot of manual processes and restrictions in payments. Now it's easier to move money int and out of your Wigix account and makes the Wigix- Wigix payment mechanism a much more attractive option to you, whether buying or selling.

To setup your account for ACH Bank Transfers go to My Wigix (Personal tab). Within that section you will see the ACH option for both deposits and withdrawals. Please follow the associated instructions, and note that it will take several days to verify your account information.

Category Experts are not only experts of product items, they are also experts on how to use the Category Expert Workbench (CEW), the central tool available to all CEs. That is why we are launching a new certification program today; a certification that proudly displays your expertise in the CEW tool.

Getting certified is an easy, four-quiz process that can be taken at any time. You can take each quiz however many times you'd like but you'll need a minimum of 80% to pass. Your last test score will supersede the previous one.

Once you're a Category Expert (or if you are one already), you don't need to get certified right away. However, you do need to be certified to be elected at your one year anniversary. Certified Category Experts may need to re-certify if a major revision of the CEW is released.

Why be an ordinary CE, when you can be a Certified Category Expert. Go and become a CCE today!
