The Wigix website is a venue that allows anyone to offer, sell, and buy just about anything, at anytime, from anywhere, in a variety of trading formats. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. Moreover, Wigix is not obligated to maintain back-up of any Content and shall have no liability for failure to maintain such Content or deletion of such Content.
By posting Content, you grant Wigix and its subsidiaries and affiliates the world-wide, royalty free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sub licensable right and license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, modify, copy, distribute, publish, translate, promote, and create derivative works from the Content in any form, anywhere and for any purpose. Further, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the Content and that public posting and use of the Content will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
Your Content may not cause injury to any person or entity. Furthermore, Comment submission must not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. Content may not contain software viruses, political campaign material, commercial solicitations, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam." The user submitting the Content is solely responsible for any losses, costs, expenses and damages that result from any violations of Wigix's policies regarding Content.
Content posted on Wigix may, at Wigix's sole discretion, be monitored, edited or removed with or without notice. However, Wigix does not, and is not obligated to, regularly review posted Content. By submitting Content, you grant Wigix the right to use your submitted name in connection with your Content.
You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your identity or the origin of any Content you may submit. You alone shall be fully responsible for any content contained within your Content submissions, and you agree to indemnify Wigix and its affiliates for any and all claims resulting from the Content submitted by you. Wigix and its affiliates accept no responsibility or liability for any Content submitted by you or any third party.
It is the responsibility of both the seller and the buyer to ensure that the items listed for sales on Wigix website are appropriate under all applicable laws and regulations. No one may offer for sale or sell items to any buyer in a jurisdiction where the item or terms of the sale violate the applicable laws or regulations. Under no circumstance does Wigix permit or condone the sale or shipment of such prohibited and/or restricted goods and services among users on its site. In its sole and absolute discretion, Wigix reserves the right to, but has no obligation to, refuse, reject or remove any listing of product for sale that could be prohibited or restricted by the laws of the United States of America or any international law.
By continued use of the Wigix site, user hereby certifies that he or she will ensure that none of the following items or categories are promoted, reproduced, distributed or published in association or conjunction with this site. In addition, user hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Wigix and its successors and assigns harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, damage or suit arising from a breach by user of these terms or a violation by user of any applicable prohibitions or restrictions on the sale or shipment of the following goods and services.

If the notice of copyright infringement does not comply with DMCA requirements, our Copyright Administrator will determine, in its sole discretion, if contact with the notifier (assuming this information is available) is needed to investigate the allegation.
If the notice of copyright infringement complies with DMCA requirements, our Copyright Administrator will use the DMCA process to handle the specific allegations of copyright infringements.
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."
You hereby agree to indemnify and save Wigix harmless against all damages, losses, expenses and costs (including legal costs) suffered or incurred by Wigix in connection with or arising from (1) your access of this website and/or use of the online services, or (2) any other party's access of this website and/or use of the online services using your user id and/or login password, or (3) your breach of any of these Terms of Use, or (4) any other party's breach of any of these Terms of Use where such party was able to access this website and/or use the online services by using your user id and/or login password.
You acknowledge and accept that the inherent nature of the Internet is such that transmissions may be subject to interruption, interception, hacking, transmission blackout, delayed transmission and/or incorrect data transmission. Wigix will not be liable for malfunctions in communications facilities not under its control that may affect the accuracy, authenticity or timeliness of messages and transactions that may be sent and does not warrant that any identified defect will be corrected.
For your convenience, Wigix may include hyperlinks to websites on the Internet that are owned or operated by third parties. Such linked websites are not under the control of Wigix and Wigix cannot accept responsibility for the contents of or the consequences of accessing any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. Furthermore, the hyperlinks provided in this website shall not be considered or construed as an endorsement or verification of such linked websites or the contents therein by Wigix. You agree that your access to and/or use of such linked websites is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of access and/or use contained therein.
Payments will be made to you on a monthly basis net of any transaction fees owing to Wigix. A minimum cumulative balance of $25 is needed before payment is made and this disbursement limit may change from time to time. Wigix is not required to disclose information, details or policies about the methodologies used for determining the allocation of monies other than the information that has already been disclosed in the promotional campaign or revenue-share program. Wigix reserves the rights to change its process, criteria or methodologies for determining the allocation of monies without notice to you.
Earnings from any Wigix promotional campaign and revenue-share program will be paid as long as the member or user is in good standing and has not participated in any fraudulent activity. Member accounts are audited for accuracy and we reserve the right to withhold payment for any fraudulent activity.
Earnings balances that are not withdrawn from dormant accounts may be removed or forfeited by Wigix. An account will be declared dormant if no activity has taken place for more than 12 months. Financial mistakes are inevitable and Wigix will not be responsible for any financial mistakes such as computational, banking, or payment errors beyond its control.
Currently, you can choose one of the 3 following payment methods: (1) by Wigix account, (2) by check, and (3) by Paypal. Payments are processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your request.
The default payment method is to credit your account balances to your Wigix account. No processing fee is levied when this payment method is used. For overseas members outside of North America, you can use your Wigix account to make purchases on Wigix website. You can also request Wigix to send payment to you via Paypal, by international bank draft, or wire transfer. You are responsible for all charges imposed by the 3rd party payment service providers such as Paypal or a bank based on your request.
A $1.50 processing charge, including postage, is deducted from each check Wigix issues. Check that needs to be in the form of international bank draft or money order incurs additional fee as charged by the financial institution. Moreover, check that needs to be mailed overseas will be charged an additional fee for international postage. All these charges will be deducted from the check payment.
No postal service is 100% reliable. If your check is significantly delayed, you may request that Wigix send you a new check. To issue a new check, Wigix has to pay a service fee to the bank to void the first check. New checks will only be issued if this request is made by you by e-mail communication to us together with a $20 cancellation charge.
Wigix checks are VOID after 90 days from the date of issue. Please present your checks to your financial institution promptly. If you present a check after the 90 days your bank may refuse the check. Wigix can issue a new check if the stale check is in our possession. Please write "VOID" across the check and send it to the following address:

After we receive the check, a new one will be issued for a processing fee of $1.50, including postage.
If a check is fraudulently endorsed (deposited by someone other than you) you will need to open a fraud case with our bank. If the bank determines that fraud did occur, it will reimburse Wigix the funds. Wigix will then issue a replacement check for a processing fee of $1.50. Wigix cannot reissue a check prior to the funds being returned or prior to the completion of the investigation by the bank in your favor.
As a 3rd party payment service provider, Paypal may charge a transaction fee when funds are deposited to your Paypal account. Please refer to www.paypal.com for fee information.
Members are responsible for accurate contact information and any information that is incorrect or unverifiable, may result in the delay or inability to make payment. Wigix will make a best effort attempt in contacting the member to update missing or inaccurate information and as a result, the payment(s) may be delayed. Processing fees charged by Wigix may be changed from time to time without notice given to you.
You may close your account at any time. Any closing balance under $25 will be forfeited.
To receive payment, you are to provide Wigix with the relevant tax information. If you are a business organization, please provide your EIN in the proper 9-digit format as in 12-3456789. If you are an individual, please provide your social security number in the proper 9-digit format including dashes such as 123-45-6789. If you are non-resident alien, you will need to provide Wigix a completed IRS form W8-BEN. The table below provides the tax forms for your completion and submission to Wigix at FAX: 1-510-893-7788. Be sure to include a cover sheet that indicates your Wigix account name.

In the event you earn more than $600 per year, Wigix will provide electronic tax forms (Form 1099-MISC). It will be your responsibility to download these forms from Wigx website and provide them to the IRS.
