1. What fees must I pay Wigix? (fee schedule)

   1. Wigix's transaction fees are tiered.
   2. For items that cost under $25 (does not include tax and shipping), we charge nothing.
   3. For those from $25.01 to $100 (excluding tax and shipping), we charge $1.50 from the buyer, and $1.50 from the seller.
   4. For those from $100.01 to $1000 (excluding tax and shipping), we ask for an additional 2% of the portion above $100.
   5. For those above $1000 (excluding tax and shipping), we ask for an additional 1% of the portion above $1000.

      = $1.50 + $40.01 * 2%
      = $1.50 + $0.8002
      = $2.30 from the seller

2. Does it cost anything to list an item for sale or buy?

   1. No!Wigix.com has no listing fees; only transaction fees.

3. How do I place an item to sell?

5. How long is a buy or sell order listed?

   1. Buy and sell orders can be listed until a certain date, or until you cancel it. You are prompted to set this attribute when you create the order.

6. How do I pay for a purchase?

   1. Currently, all purchases are completed through Paypal.

7. What are my Orders? Is there a listing of all my transactions?

   1. All your transactions are listed in the "Orders" list in your MyWigix profile. These include all buy and sell orders.
   2. This history will remain here for your reference.

8. Can I edit a buy or sell order?

   1. Yes! Any open order can be edited. Visit your listing of "Orders" in your MyWigix profile. Find the order you wish to edit. Select the "View this Order" option from the drop-down menu on the right hand-side

9. Can I cancel a transaction?

   1. Any open buy or sell order can always be cancelled before payment. However, once a sale has been paid, you cannot back out.

10. What is my Balance? How does Wigix bill me? How do I make a payment on my balance?

    1. Your Balance list is available through your MyWigix profile and it lists all the transaction fees that have been accrued. Wigix will send you a complimentary e-mail also listing these transaction fees. A process is in development on how to pay through this section.

11. Why is Wigix paying me?

    1. Wigix wants to build a community and believes in sharing the fruits of such labor. Our goal is to develop a marketplace where contribution is rewarded.

12. I have a positive balance. How do I get my money?

    1. The amount that you earn from Wigix is always available through the "My Contributions" (left-hand side) link in your MyWigix profile. Once you've accumulated at least $25.00, you have the option of keeping the money in your Wigix account or be sent to you. A mechanism will be in place soon for you to inform us on how you want to receive your funds.
