1. In your Page Ownership documentation, you mention that I need to be an "active" member to continue to be a page owner? What is an "active member?"

   1. An 'active member' does an activity at least once a week on Wigix.com. Activities include: blogging, writing in forums, selling, buying, updating lists, submitting items, referring friends, finding golden items, or doing category expert activities.

2. In your Category Expert documentation, you mentioned that my status as a category expert could be remanded if I become inactive for 30 days. What is an "active category expert?"

   1. At the minimum, category experts must review, approve, or reject item submissions made for their category at least every three days. They must respond to user queries, update their blogs and discussion boards, as well as manage the category taxonomy and item level characteristics, one to three times per week.

3. Wigix is paying me for referrals. Is this some kind of multi-level marketing scheme?

   1. Absolutely not. Wigix differs dramatically from multi-level marketing operations in that (1) members don't have to pay an enrollment fee, (2) we do not make members purchase products and (3) we do not require members to sell or recruit.

4. How do I find out who the Category Expert for my Product page is?

   1. The Category Expert for any category or product page can be found on the right-hand side of a product page under "Page Stats" > "Category Owner". Similarly, you can see a listing of the categories and their owners in the Category Tree. http://www.wigix.com/index.php/category_tree
