Buying and Selling Feedback Rating

After completing your purchase/sale, rate your buyer/seller with a thumbs up or down in Order Management.

A thumbs up adds a point.
A thumbs down subtracts a point.

Reasons for a thumbs down:

• Item was not as described / was damaged (for buyers)
• Slow to ship (for buyers)
• Did not ship item (for buyers)
• No or bad communication
• Slow to pay (for sellers)
• Did not pay (for sellers)
• Paid incorrect amount (for sellers)
• Provided invalid shipping address (for sellers)

Note: You can import your eBay feedback rating. Every eBay feedback point is worth 1/2 point on Wigix.

Trust and Safety Rating

The more verifications you complete, the higher your trust and safety rating is.

Bronze: 4 verifications
Silver: 5 or 6 verifications
Gold: 7 or higher
