Wigix Affiliate Program Agreement

This Agreement contains the terms and conditions apply to your participation in the Wigix Affiliate Program ("Program") and the establishment of links from your web site to our web site.

1. You represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into a binding legal Agreement and the content on your web site does not (i) infringe upon any copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or right of publicity or privacy; (ii) violate any law or regulation; (iii) contain defamatory, slanderous, libelous, lewd, pornographic, hateful, or obscene materials; (iv) violate any laws regarding consumer fraud or false advertising; (v) promote violence or illegal activities; or (vi) contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other similar harmful or deleterious programming routines.
2. We reserve the right to verify and confirm the truthfulness and accuracy of your registration information at any time and may decline or cancel your application or participation without reason or cause.
3. Upon approval, Affiliates are provided with access to a variety of wigix.com referral links and given a limited, non-exclusive permission for the duration of this agreement to use Wigix materials, including logos and trademarks, on their websites solely for the purposes of facilitating referrals to Wigix.
4. If a person is referred by more than one Affiliate, only the Affiliate ID registered in that person's record will be recognized.
5. No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed.
6. Affiliate agrees and accepts that any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of this Program will result in cancellation of your Wigix account and any outstanding earnings.
7. To ensure proper payment, Affiliates are solely responsible for providing and maintaining accurate address and other contact information as well as payment method associated with your account. See Terms of Use for additional payment information.
8. Wigix reserves the right to offset any indebtedness owed by Affiliates and withhold payment while investigating the validity of the referral.
9. Wigix is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Affiliates or your referred members while participating in the Program.
10. Affiliates agree to pay all applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity in connection with your performance-based compensation in the Program.
11. Your participation in this Program is voluntary and this agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, Affiliate agrees to cease using any Wigix materials and all outstanding accounts up to and including the termination date, will be settled and paid within 30 days at the end of the next accounting period.
12. Wigix reserves the right to change or discontinue this Program at any time. All changes will be posted on the website.
13. Wigix shall in no way be responsible or liable for any damage, loss or injury to any party resulting from participation in this Program.
14. Affiliate agrees to be bound by this Agreement, Wigix Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
