REFER A FRIEND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. You cannot refer yourself.
2. Waiver of two future transactional fees will be awarded once a referral has registered for a new Wigix account. Waiver of future transactional fees good towards the fees associated with any purchase or sale of an item on Wigix.com that is above $25. Members have 180 days after each referral sign up to redeem waiver of transactional fee. There are no limits to the amount of free waivers one member can accrue.
3. Five US dollars will be credited to referrals' account after registration. Valid for only new Wigix members and expires 30 days after registration. Good for five US dollars off the purchase price (excluding shipping, handling, and taxes) of a single item above $25 on wigix.com. Members must pay for the item using Wigix payment. The five US dollar credit is non-transferable, void where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, for one-time use only, and subject to U.S. laws.
4. Use of automated devices or programs to create new member IDs is prohibited.
5. Use of incentivized offers prohibited. Wigix members who provide incentives to those who register will be disqualified from contest.
6. No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed.
7. Wigix reserves the right to offset any indebtedness owed and withhold free transactions while investigating the validity of the referral.
8. Wigix is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by referrer or your referred members while participating in the Program.
9. Wigix reserves the right to change or discontinue this Program at any time. All changes will be posted on the website.
