You agree that any items within your side of an accepted offer is legally owned by you and you have full rights to transfer ownership of said items to the second party.

Wigix reserves the rights to retain, reuse, delete and edit any content posted within offer comments and trader communication, and holds no responsibility for any personal harm created by such content.
4. Wigix is not responsible for any non-reponse by traders. Wigix will not reimburse any loss of capital or property or be held responsible for any fraudulent action or lack of response of any party throughout the completion of the trade.
