The Squeezebox Boom is a networked audio player that uses either a wired or 802.11 b/g wireless network connection to stream audio files from a local PC/Mac, Networked Attached Storage (NAS) device or directly from the Internet. The Boom also has an integrated alarm so it can be used a bedside desk radio. The Boom has an integrated 30W digital amplifier, two speakers, and can drive an external sub-woofer.
